I have been studying RE Investing for years. I am now going full throttle into investing. I think I found my niche in Master Lease Options and Joint Venture Facilitations. Many people pay thousands of dollars to learn to do these types of investing, but I learned on my own through the internet.

Working with commercial property is great! I don't really look at residential unless it's a flip. It seems to me that commercial is easier to obtain and sellers are more willing to be creative.

Experience

Spent most of my time learning and educating myself. Had many falls, bumps, and bruises along the way. Started investing with residential housing. Now, I have developed a company and invest in commercial properties. I have two MHP in my portfolio and in the process of negotiation of two more and one mini storage.


Real Estate Goals

My goals are to have a comfortable net cash flow from my real estated investing in six figures using commercial property. Also retire by age 35.


Currently Seeking

Currently seeking a Mentor and Partner for Commercial Real Estated Deals. Where I live, there are tons of deals in MHP, mini storage, non assisted living, and other commercial properties. Having a mentor is my missing peice of the puzzle.
