I decided to get into real estate about 6 years ago, after having a successful career in high tech management. Back then, I was interested in real estate and wanted to be an independent contractor so I became a NH realtor. My first real estate investment was a couple of vacant lots I purchased in Port Charlotte, Florida about 7 years ago where I was able to double my money in 6 months. I’ve been hooked on investing in real estate ever since. I decided to get my Florida license 4 years ago and have since acquired land, pre-construction condo’s, single family homes and rackaminiums in NH & Florida. To help stay connected, network and learn more about real estate investing, several years ago I am the Founder and President of the Real Estate Investment Group of Nashua (REINGUSA). We meet the first Monday of the month and have speakers at every meeting. I also still travel to Florida every month to find and help other investors acquire bargains in Florida as well as helping investors find and acquire investment property in NH.
