Ryan Oblander
Real Estate Investor

In my own words...
It started in the cold winter of the Chicago suburbs when my father made the decision to move us all to South Florida and start a flooring business. During this time he taught me the value of owning your own business and some lessons in buying real estate. After a few short but moderately successful years his life was ultimately cut short, and he never did get to rehab any properties like he had planned. There was no life insurance, and no financial protection for his family, so times were tough.
Fast forward to the future, when I was old enough to go to college, I ended up using savings and extra grant money to buy my first HUD foreclosure in 1999 for $39k, which I moved into, rehabbed, and rented out. It was in bad condition and in a bad neighborhood, but it was all I could afford. I did this a few more times while still attending college full time, and having a part time job.
I now buy and sell properties all over the nation. I like to do creative real estate deals, especially wholesale deals, but I'm open to anything you may have. I still do this part time, since I have a great paying full time job, but I am making the push forward to become a full time real estate investor so I can free up time to pursue other life interests.
I like to help people, and I won't do a deal unless it's a win/win/win for the buyer, the seller, and me! I have a big retail and wholesale buyers list, so if you have a property you wish to sell fast, visit my website and tell me all about it.
If you would like 5 secrets as to why most real estate investors fail, and to join my investor's database so I can send you information on my wholesale deals, please visit my website and fill out the investors form - RIGHT NOW!
