I am a young upstart with the ability to learn at a tremendous rate. I love listening and learning. Among all the people in the room, I would be the one paying close attention to what is being taught and asking a few insightful questions. I love absorbing knowledge especially from people willing to teach.

I definitely am the kid who asks the questions no one thought to ask.

Experience

We have a partner who has done three deals on his own and his now teaming up with our business partner and me. Other than that, we have a few mentors each of whom has done over 50 rehab deals and hold at least 20 properties.

Real Estate Goals

Our goals for Fix and Flip is to complete 20 rehabs a month. We will get up to that point within 52 months.
Of those deals, we will hold 25 percent for the three partners for income purposes.
