Hi. I think I have made a terrible mistake. Our rents are taking a serious toll on the bottom line. Who would have ever thought that rents would go backwards? I am at the bottom of the rental food chain and struggling. Just bought at the wrong time.

Real Estate Goals

To buy and hold apt buildings for 5 years then buy up for 4 more cycles. The ultimate goal is to have enough cash flow to retire. With this economy I think that may never happen.

Currently Seeking

Support. I am regretful of my last purchase because I am so frightened by the rental market prices going down that I have had to seek extremes to get my units rented. Also, I have had to drop my unit price when there are current renters paying a higher price for a less apartment.
