In my own words...
I started my company, Noppe Consulting Services in 2007 (January). I started out as a "Note Finder" and have formed some very good relationships with Institutional and Private investors. I formed a partnership with another Note finder who had excellent skills in finding note sellers. He and I have been very busy over this last year. Sorry to say that with all our due dilligence on the FSBO notes, non of them have sold. We came across the REO industry late in July. In August through December we wasted alot of time chasing the "Ghost sellers and Buyers". We have joined with several sources since late December and have had some success in providing buyers with Portfolios to buy, 3 to date. Unfortunately, other intermediaries caused the deals to shut down. We are both still very serious about this business.

Real Estate Goals
My goal is to achieve 1 closed deal a month, not too unrealistic. But ultimately I want to connect with 1 or 2 buyers, prove to them that I have reliable sources, complete their deal and have them continue to come to me for their REO needs.
Everyone has to start somewhere and with every first transaction there has got to be a leap of faith from both parties. Get the deal done. After that it's smooth saling. But it's that first intitial deal where no one knows anyone and their abilities.
