My mission to reach financial freedom is to invest in Real Estate with a high cash on cash return, close to areas where it is easy to reach renters, using technology to develop systems for finding real estate deals, analyzing deals, closing deals, getting properties rented, and maintained. These systems will be designed in such away that its easy to enhance, correct or otherwise change for the better. Real Estate investments will be made in Las Vegas, NV. Clark County.

Data for the systems will be datamine by custom systems using the government(Clark County) as the first data source, Google Maps, USPS, Zillow and other Real Estate sites as 2nd data sources. Easy to understand, share / glance reporting will be key to on going choice making.
