I've been working up the career path in the technology world for the last 15+ years and am just sick and tired of the workaday life. I want to do what *I* want to do. So it's time for something different and there aren't that many choices out there.
Currently I'm a senior programmer for a successful worker's comp insurance company. I am self-taught and started my career in IT through networking alone with little experience and a whole lot of drive. I am applying that same drive to succeed in the real estate world.
So my wife and I are just starting out... we're working on our buyer's list, looking for aggressive wholesale buyers in the greater Twin Cities area. Very excited and hoping to do our first deal in the next few months.
We have a 3-year-old daughter, 2 dogs, 2 snakes and a cat named Pif.
Minimal to none other than the fact that I bought our current home while supporting myself as a freelance computer programmer... no mean feat.
I am currently employed as a senior programmer for an insurance company... but I am entirely self-taught when it comes to technology. I have spent 15 years working my way up in my field. So I have a proven track record of success against the odds.
If I can do that, I can do the rest of this!
At the moment, 1 assignment deal in 3 months and 5 assignment deals in the next 12 months.
Long-term real estate goals are still forming.
Motivated wholesalers willing to work with a new but very motivated, very bright couple.
