Arthur, haven't heard from you in a while. Several of our properties have sold. Did you choose not to work with us on any of them. I'm thinking possible JV fix & flip with a private note sale at the end? Do you have note buyers we can sell to?

Arthur, thanks for accepting my colleague request, now to the property issue. Where are you interested in property? I have them in 14 different states. Also, tell me you methodology for valuation, improvement and sale & we'll see if we have anything that might work. Generally our property is in very bad condition though some isn't, some are lots, most are SFR's & some are multiple units with a condo here and there. Danno - dan@dbnr-investments.com
