I've been in the real estate business over 12+ years. I started out as a loan originator with a mortgage company. I eventually became a net branch and ran my own office. I got out just in time before the crash and opened up my current company called Genneva Properties LLC. I buy, sell, and hold real property. I'm always looking for capital, JV partners and networking with other like minded individuals or businesses.
Experience

Real Estate Goals
I want to buy and sell 25 to 35 properties monthly. Several of these properties will be wholesale deals, rehabbed deals, and retail deals.
Currently Seeking
Capital and joint venture partners to make these 25 to 35 deals per month possible.
