I am blessed with a wonderful husband and four children and four grandchildren. I am a fairly new investor with a few deals under my belt but not enough. I jumped into it with both feet along with my husband. I am originally from Ohio but recently moved to Georgia.

Experience

I bought a couple of properties from auctions (tax lien and probate) rehabbed and sold successfully within six months. I have a rental that was my personal residence. This is the extent of my real estate investing. We have done most of our investing in Ohio and hope to do some in Georgia where we currently live.

Real Estate Goals

Work with real estate investors as a property locater who can mentor me on various avenues of real estate. I would like to eventually get into wholesaling.
