I have been a REI for 10 years. I have a mortgage, loss mitigation and real estate background. I am the sole owner of Atlas Equity Partners, Ltd. based in Akron, OH. We specialize in property acquisition and distribution through a variety of strategies including short sales, wholesaling, reo flips and rehab projects.
