I have been a real estate Broker and auctioneer in Kentucky since 1975, specializing in marketing and selling of foreclosure properties,onsite + online auctions. February 2003 I started "Flat Fee MLS" which has allowed Kentucky Sellers' to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions vs. a 6% commission.
