Austin, Texas
I am a real estate broker in Austin texas first licensed in 1988. It was then that I started selling in the brokerage business. After 20 plus years I have done so many residential transactions I can't count them and many other sorts of transactions from simple residential leases to small commercial building sales, listing and sales of small multi-family, vacant land sales...you name it. I live in Austin, love the place and invite your comments, inquiry's etc. I'm here to learn, hopefully just like everyone else.
I have been in real estate brokerage in Austin Texas 22 years. Got a question?
contact me. If I don't know, I'll help you answer it. If you want the services for which I am compensated then I'd love to help you buy or sell.
So the question: real estate experience?
Answer: a great deal!
To retire!
A buyer for my fourplexes listed for sale in South Austin. Austin is one of the best places in the country to live. Do not be afraid of putting your money in our market. I have lived through three big real estate downturns since the "eighties" so this ain't my first rodeo.
I know exactly where and what you should buy if you are after long term equity gain. Short-term is too risky and stupid in my opinion. Like flipping...that is a great way to lose money and you'd be better off putting your money in a savings account with BOA or your local credit union. Experienced flippers though can make money. Inexperienced people will listen to manipulative types and come away burned. Hopefully that gives you some idea of what I seek.
