I did 3 probate deals ,I like them because it is a niche even now,I learned how to do these on my own.,there is is big money in them.

Goal is to have at least 500 apartment units in the with in 2 yrs.I know probate properties,how to find them ,I am learning how to quickly whloesale homes.mu goal is to be working on at least 10 probates a month.

goal is to have a passive income of $500,000 a yr or better
