Experience

I began making money for real estate investors and developers in 2001. After a very successful run full of multifamily buy-and-hold and condo conversion deals I began my migration to distressed assets.

Since 2005 I've been recovering real estate capital for lenders and investors. Over the last 3 years I've recovered nearly $70Million through REO and foreclosure auctions as well as REO brokerage.
