David is a real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is passionate about the field of real estate investing and is currently focused on neighborhood revitalization strategies. He wholesales and rehabs & hold properties. He actively seeks like- minded professionals (affordable housing advocates, private lenders, rehabbers etc) to build resource teams.

We are now learning the real estate investing business however we have been rehabbing/remodeling properties full time since the year 2002.

Real Estate Goals

Our goal is to own the largest two-family rental portfolio in the city of Boston.

Three years from now we want to process 144 two-family properties through our rent-to-own program.
