I have been in the mortgage/real estate business for 24 years as a lender, broker, and investor. My main focus right now is buying properties at a discount and either renting them out or selling them, depending on where I buy.
Experience
Started in the Mortgage industry in 1984, have held various positions in the industry from account rep, to underwriter, loan agent, loan broker, and real estate broker. I did my first deal in January of 1987, and have been investing in real estate ever since while still being active on the lending side for most of that time.
Real Estate Goals
to pass along my experience and knowledge to a new group of real estate investors or professionals. I have all the real estate I want to deal with at this time.

Lenders who are really lending! Hard money, or A-paper.
