I'm a very motivated new real estate investor with two bachelor's degrees which include Criminal Justice and English. I also have a master's in Educational Administration and English literature. I am dedicating myself to be as productive as possible, and I especially like transactional funding. -To do deals with other investors that utilize transactional funding
-Hard money lenders with 90-95% LTV/ARV
-Invrstors that don't back out of deals when the house is already contracted
