I pride myself on building personal relationships with asset managers, pre-closers, pre-marketing managers, attorneys, etc. working closely with each to ensure a smooth transaction from CKF’s to escrow closings.
The Service 1st Real Estate Team has the ability to meet aggressive timelines, such as:
•Thorough BPO completion within 48 hours
•Ability to provide delinquent tax and municipal utility information within one week
•Completion of initial occupancy check within 24 hours
•Completion of marketing reports every 30 days
•Ability to sell properties within 95-105% of their BPO value
•Solid knowledge of both the local retail and investor real estate markets
