I worked as a Loan Officer at Great Oak Lending in Timonium, MD. I did have my mortgage license. I have been reading about Real Estate Investing on and off for about 10 years. I moved to Baltimore at the age of 19 in 02' and have been observing the developement and rehabbing of neigborhoods ever since. For some strange reason it really excites me. However, that is the extent of my Real Estate Experience.

I want to start "Bird Dogging" properties for other investors and learn the ropes that way. Eventually, I want to purchase my own properties.

Real Estate Investors who need help. I'm even willing to work for free to learn the ropes, and I have been starting to search out some properties to refer as well. I would be a perfect protege. I really need a mentor.
