Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Bernie was a Sales Associate for Long & Foster and Sunbelt Real Estate Agencies in Cherry Hill, NJ. He has had his Real Estate license for over 20 years, and has also excelled in the financial and accounting fields. Prior to Sunbelt, Bernie was the Chief Financial Officer (10 years) for a film and video production & post-production company located in Center City Philadelphia . He was also the Director of Finance for an internet-related startup (2 years) in Cherry Hill, NJ, and before that, was a Manager (7 years) for a regional mid-sized CPA firm located in Marlton, NJ. The skill set that Bernie has developed over his business career, i.e. negotiations, CRM, marketing, and finance, certainly provide the synergy to satisfy your real estate needs. He presently holds the following designations: e-Pro, GRI, SFR, RSPS, and SRES. Additionally, Bernie is involved in various real estate investment clubs and personally is a real estate investor.
Bernie's wife is a RN for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. They've been married for over 28 years, have 2 children.

Full-time Realtor for 7 years and have invested in Buy & Hold and rehabs. I am currently delving into wholesaling.

Real Estate Goals

Presently, I am focusing on wholesaling as I need to build my CASH reserves. Want to do at least 2 transactions per month, whereby I net $10k. I also want to focus on investing in multi(4+) -family/unit properties.

Currently Seeking

To build my buyers'/investors' lists for wholesale properties, primarily in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area...at least to start. Additionally, looking for wholesale property deals/opportunities in this market.
