Retired US Navy after 20 years of service in early 2010. Currently own a few rental properties in Ilinois. I will be looking to get more involved in real estate, i.e. tax liens, flipping houses, and increasing my rental holdings. Getting a Realtors license in the next month or two.
Experience
Buy and hold rental properties. One "extended" live-in flip while living in house purchased in San Diego.
Real Estate Goals
To continue to purchase rental properties in my local area. I plan on looking for some flippable properties. My wife and I would love to purchase a log cabin home in the Smokey Mountain area of Tennessee to rent out most of the year with a designated block for us. That is a backburner item and needs to be researched.
