I am real estate investor with the ultimate goal of becoming a developer. I am looking to gain valuable experinence in the areas of wholesaling, rehabbing, and buying and holding in the upcoming months.

I would like to focus on the DC metro area as well as the surrounding areas of Hagerstown, Md. My plan is to acquire capital by wholesaling and rehabbing residential houses. Then I want to use the capital to purchase muti-unit and commercial properties, as well as develop small land lots.
