In my own words...

Hello, I am a laid back person in general, I like to have fun, and I like to make some some serious money to have fun with, I love to bring people with me too.

As far as real estate I try and buy one rental a year to hold on to, after all that is my retirement plan, I am a rehabber by nature, this is my true love, But I also deal in wholesale, retail, such as leasing options, flipping, consignments, I have done commercial, SFR MFR, Commercial such as store fronts, I have done short sales, etc.

I enjoy Motorcycle riding, model air planes, ham radio, (kb9pxv), and playing pool. plus many other things.

I am out to have fun at what I do, and I am also curious, and learning new things.

Real Estate Experience

I have personally flipped over 20 houses in the past few years as part time, some rehabbed, some whole sell to others, and, others as a buy and hold. I also have taken every course I can find from, Ron legrand, to caralton sheet, to John Beck, Russ Whittney, Etc. I am always looking for a new idea, or thought, and looking for new creative ways to move real estate.

Real Estate Goals

To buy and hold At least on Property a year.

To move a mim of 12 house a year to flipp/ wholesale.

and to rehab 3 houses a year

Investing partners, as always, houses to flipp, My currentl Project is looking for a 4 bd house, with at least two baths, or a place to put another bath.
