I am an ambitious, free-spirited soul who LOVES real estate. Everything about it! I am happily married to a great man and we just moved to the Houston area about 4 months ago. We absolutely love it here and plan to settle for a long while. I currently specialize in Short Sales and plan on continuing that niche for a long time from the current Market Forecast. I have been studying Real Estate Investing for almost 2 years now. I have just recently aligned myself with a financing and mitigating team and have studied the Short Sale process from the inside out and I currently focus on luxury homes and work as a solution provider for distressed sellers and real estate agents who wants to make the same commission from these types of deals but without doing ANY of the extra work.
