Posses 25+ years of corporate experience in the start-up environment as a Business Development Executive, focused on technology in the field of optical communications i.e. I am a product of the early 2000's tech boom.

I am committed to learning the business from the ground floor up. My top priority is establishing and building solid relationships with other entrepreneurs & experienced players who truly understand that INTEGRITY and passionate diligence is the key to succeeding in life and ultimately being unstoppable in any endeavor that you take on.

I’ve obtained my realtors license in order to better understand the law governing real estate transactions. My current focus is on Off-Market Commercial Real Estate in Chicago and on a National Basis.

I work with 2 strong Private Equity Groups that can provide funding for deals that range from $10M to $100M+.

I am seeking a Solid Source for Notes, Preforming and Non-Preforming.

I am interested in teaming up with anyone out there that is not overwhelmed by the current market conditions and can see all the opportunities at hand. If you have a solid-book of buyers and institutional investors, lets collaborate on fulfilling the clients requirements.

I am also focused on Alternative / Sustainable Energy project' s that require funding. Deal's can range from $10M to $100M+. Project's cover Bio-Diesel (Ethanol), Wind and Solar.

Our primary focus is in marketing Commercial Off-Market/Private RE deals, product is Nation Wide. Resort Deals in Mexico and the Caribbean are available.

I also collaborate with 2 strong Private Equity Groups that can provide Debt Structure for Solid RE Development Projects, so if you have a source that can't get their project funded, do get in touch with me, deals can range from $10M to $100M+.

I also have a need for a Solid Source of NOTES, Performing and Non-Performing. This, as you all know, has been a real challenge. We have closed the gap on the Buy Side.

Last, I am seeking solid Alternative / Sustainable Energy projects that require assistance with Debt/Equity resources. Project's of interest should be National, Western Europe is okay, and cover Bio-Diesel, Waste to Energy, Solar and Wind Farms.
