I started rehabbing at 18. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2006. Will be getting my brokers license one day . Also we be getting my residential contractors license, so I can pull most of the permits on my flips. Always looking for more opportunities to grow in real estate. Also I currently have a small Telecommunications company. We contract from DirecTV, Dish Network, and other retailers to install there products.
