Some minimal experience:
- 50% Partner on acreage that was subdivided and parts sold off to pay off note.
- Flipped a couple of foreclosed houses two years ago.
- Own a 6 unit (studio apts) that was used at a golf resort for rentals, but just recently converted to monthly rentals.

Currently working an plan, but it will be a blended strategy based on the my limited experience.
