I started investing in single-family homes in 2007. I currently own houses in Austin, TX & Phoenix, Az. I've recently embarked on buying distressed properties for the purpose of flipping, as well as, holding for long term equity and/or cash flow

First and foremost...to have fun! If it's not fun then why do it? I'd like to continue accumulating properties for long term equity & cash flow, fixing up distressed properties & helping home owners & Realtors develop creative solutions to to their Real Estate problems!
