I am new to real estate investing and I am looking for partners who can assist in wholesaling of fix and flip properties. I am looking for cash buyers, transactional funding or contractors who are willing to rehab the properties for a percentage of the deal.

Real Estate Goals

To assist people in foreclosure, to assist banks with REO properties and wholesale those to fix and flip or buy and hold investors. Eventually I would like to hold some properties of my own. I have a self directed IRA for that purpose.
