In my own words...

Looking into all forms of real estate investing right now. I'd like to have as much experience with everything as i can. Will be in California soon to do some tax sales (the months of May and possibly June). I want to do some pre-foreclosure related real estate deals in Florida some time around the months of August. As I find new strategies I would like to try them all. Even some tax liens so that I can get some more investors to invest in me. I want to try and get as many investors as I can. I will give them around 10-15% on their money and I will make around 10% on each deal. Also currently looking for real estate partners, mentors and just friends that are into real estate.

Real Estate Experience

Mostly several coarses, but I have gone to Florida once when I was 17 to try and do some tax related sales. I think that I know all the basics, but I would really like o put some Experience under my belt.
