I'm studying real estate investing and have taken a short sales class. I have spent some good money
and a lot of time reading, listing to CD's DVD's
webinars, seminars and talking to my real estate
friends in the business. I started my REI Company.
Brymar Property Solutions. In Jan 09 but have not yet bought an investment property. I Just opened a Roth IRA with a company that lets you invest in real estate, And I'm starting to learn about marketing and building my buyers list.
I need to set up a 1800 # and put out some signs.
do some some direct mail campaigns and some door knocking with a knowledgeable partner.

Real Estate Goals

I want to really hit it hard in 2011 and do my 1st deal.
and many more after that.
I want to help as many homeowners as I can.
and after I learn how to be financially free
help others find there way if they want to go there.
Real Estate is the way to get there.
Its not as easy as they say on TV.
but I have worked hard all my life
and I am going to make it happen.
