Hey I'm Ben,based in Los Angeles. I invest primarily in 2-4 unit residential properties in the Inland Empire of California, as well as Arizona. I started in the car business, being in business as a dealer and autobroker here in Los Angeles since I was 19. Still in business and going strong, but I am much more focused on Real Estate for a while. My investment strategy is primarily long term cash flow properties.
