I grew up in PG County in Maryland and currently live in Clinton with my wife of 2 years. I am very new to Real Estate Investing and am looking forward to learning as much as I can. After doing my due diligence and netorking with experienced investors, wholesaling is the recommendation of choice for beginner investors. Once I become more experienced with the process, I will venture off to Buying and holding properties for the long-term and hopefully get a good return.

I am very new to the world of Real Estate Investing. My reasons for being here is to network with more experienced investors and to also grow with newbie investors who are on my level.

Real Estate Goals

My realistic goals are to purchase one or two properties per year and rent them out. Generate a positive cash flow for at least 5 or years and eventually sale for a nice profit.
