In my own words...

I am a Building contractor that has a balanced portfolio of 10 properties and am currently in a Joint Venture partnership to aquire up to 50 vendor finance deals over the next 12 months.

Vendor finance, and the tools to assist desperate sellers are the future for lending markets. Our vision is to assist desperate sellers to exit the banking system without losing everything and at the same time to assist traditionally unqualified buyers to enter the banking system safely.

Real Estate Experience

As a registered builder I have spent my working life inspecting, quoting, advising, assessing and fixing residential property.

I know what the difference is between an investment and a 'don't go there' deal!

Real Estate Goals

To continue with the buy and holds as well as developing an investment business based on vendor finance deals such as installment contracts, 2nd mortgages and rent to buy (lease) options.

This is a very strong cash flow business that then allows us to get into the more high end buy and hold type properties.

Our aim is to set up #1 million of these deals in the next 12 months, with only $1 of our own money in each deal.

We have the legal forms to do it and are currently negotiating our first 5 deals....will keep you posted!
