In my own words...

The things that matter most to me are family, friends and my goals. Creating wealth through real estate investing is my number one work related goal. I'm a very hard worker and I am determined to be financially independent so I can help create an incredible standard of living (a life of total fulfillment and happiness) for myself and those closest to me without having to be chained to a J.O.B!

Real Estate Experience

I've had many properties under contract. I haven't closed on a deal yet for various reasons(i.e. lack of funding, unsatisfactory condo status certificate, unsatisfactory inspection reports, etc).
I've hit many obstacles, but these obstacles have helped me change my focus.

I now focus on purchasing REO foreclosure properties (and pre-foreclosures) in the Sunbelt states (Florida, California, Arizona and Nevada).
I am always looking for Investors (busy people with money that might be interested in getting a better return on their money).

Real Estate Goals

My immediate goal is to close on my first (REO) single family home. After that to repeat the process and acquire as many properties as possible. Ultimately I will have a portfolio of Residential real estate (holdings) large enough to provide my family with enough monthly cash flow to live a very adventurous, exciting, and happy life.

It's not about the money....It's about the choices, freedom, and experiences that money can help provide.

Also in the process I hope to help as many other people as possible realize their own goals. I love to teach people new skills and I encourage everyone to go after what they desire most in life. I want to be a positive role model for people that come from humble beginnings and show them that having an extraordinary life is achievable for everyone.

Currently Seeking

As mentioned above, my focus is on REO and pre-foreclosure residential properties. However, I'm also looking for tired/retiring landlords of multi-unit residential apartment buildings that want to "cash out" of their properties.

I 'm working on taking my business to the next level. I am working on surrounding myself with and connecting with as many other like-minded professional people as possible.

As mentioned previously, I'm always looking for Investor partners who might be interested in getting a better return on their money. I'm finding a lot of deals and I'd like to present them to people who are ready and willing to take advantage of every great opportunity that I find.
