I have no real estate investing as of Oct. 30 2009. In October I attended the real estate investing seminar held by Rich Dad Education. I have a huge respect for the individuals in real estate investing as you may make money and enjoy life.
Real Estate Goals
I am looking to start my real estate investing by doing earned income deals such as wholesaling, probate, and foreclosure. I want to expand my investing to passive income in lease option and mobile homes.
Currently Seeking
I am currently seeking knowledge on how to find buyers for properties I do locate. When I attended the seminar the speaker stressed you should already have your buyer in place. How is this accomplished?
