Looking to get ideas on fix and flip and good areas to buy and and sell here in the Panama City Beach, FL area. Trying to be positive when everybody around me is telling me the real estate market sucks around here. I want to discuss ideas with anyone. I have done 2 deals so far on foreclosures. I am also a OUPV Licensed Boat Captain looking for work in the boating industry also if you know of anything please contact me.

Experience

My husbund and I have fixed and flipped our own house in West Milton, Ohio (Dayton Area) that was a foreclosure and required a lot of work: tore out bathrooms, floors, carpeting and resold it with profit to move to FL and bought a home that also needed a lot of work. Looking to turn sometime in the future to get a bigger house. My husbund works at Lowes and can do a lot of handyman construction work.

Looking to fix and flip or invest in rental properties which is popular here in Panama City Beach.
