Experience

I bought my first investment in the spring of 2007 .. it was a vacant bank owned property that needed some work. Picked it up for 217000 and was worth at the time 290000.. Fixed it up and filled all the vacancies within 2 months.. Now I have it professionally managed and it brings in some nice cash flow..

Real Estate Goals

My current goal is to keep investing in multi family houses and rent them out for the cash flow.. In the future when the market is healthy again I would love to get into flipping some homes.
