I have Real Estate Investing for last 12 years!

I am the only known Housing Wholesaler in the Portland Oregon Metro Area that does Volume of 100 units per year or more.

Experience

I have bought more than 400 houses at foreclosure auctions in the Portland Oregon metro area in within the last 4 years and have successfully wholesaled them out to other local real estate investors.

Prior to the wholesale business i was a pre-foreclosure guy that was buying real estate to fix and flip myself.

Prior to Buying and selling I was with a loan Brokerage firm originating loans for 5 years.

Real Estate Goals

immediate goal is to find a real verified Bulk REO provider/source. (I have been through the daisy chain BS and been at escrow 3 times with no one able to put the properties into escrow)

I currently have the means of taking down 15 million a month worth of inventory with the intent of wholesaling each unit out individually.
