In my own words...

I have been involved in the real estate business for 10 years. I was a loan officer for a mortgage broker for 8 yrs. After watching many of my clients that were real estate investor leaving closing with 5 and 6 figure checks, I decided that investing must be the way to go.

I'm always looking for houses to buy at good discounts so that I can pass these deals on to real estate investors that are looking for deals. If you are interested in wholesale deals in the So. Real Estate Experience

I have over 8 yrs experience as a loan officer with a mortgage broker.

I have been successfully wholesaling single-family houses for the last 5 years.

And I currently own 5 sfr rentals in three different states. (CA, TX and AL)

Real Estate Goals

My goal as a real estate investor is to become a owner of multi-unit apartments, that provide enough monthly positive cash flow to provide for a healthy and wealthy lifestyle during retirement.
