I began as a part time Investor in 2007. In 2008 I decided to do it full time. My focus now is flipping L/O's and Sub 2's, and Notes!

My experience is in flipping SFR's, vacant land, and bulk REO's. As well as consulting.

I'm very interested in getting into commercial real estate and land development in the next two years.

Presently I'm seeking bulk REO buyers who are serious, able to move quickly, and produce required docs in a timely fashion.
