I'm new to investing, but I've been researching as much as I can about wholesaling & want to get this started NOW!! I'm a licensed Realtor in AZ so I do have a strong foundation in this arena. I've always wanted to be a part of this side of the business and look forward to the ride!! I welcome any advice & guidance you all would like to give!
