Mike is the CEO of the Oceans Financial Group, a Private Mortgage Real Estate investment company We are a private lender. We finance well secured real estate projects using our own money along with
a few colleagues of ours. We lend money to real estate investors secured by real estate. In addition we buy, rehab, and sell distressed short sale, HUD, and foreclosed properties in central Ohio.

He is also the CEO of The Compass Investors Group which manages and acquires Real Estate Rental Properties in Ohio, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Mr. Meyer is one of the previous owners of the Obvious Choice Realty Reynoldsburg office.

Mike established the Compass Investors Group, Ltd. in January of 2007 to buy, renovate, and sell targeted residential investment properties. He has extensive training in various aspects of Real Estate investing. For the past several years, Mike has been in the field investing and training. This training included all aspects of identifying, locating, evaluating, purchasing, renovating, and selling targeted residential investment properties for profit.

In April of 2009, Mike Meyer established the Oceans Financial Group, LLC. A Private Mortgage Real Estate investment company. We are a private lender. We finance well secured real estate projects using our own money along with a few colleagues of ours. We lend money to real estate investors secured by real estate. This company provides their clients a means of creating high returns on real estate investments by passively investing in one of the best real estate markets in our lifetime. Mike has extensive experience in training Real Estate investors in using Individual Retirement accounts to invest in Real Estate. Oceans Financial Group have been involved with the purchase, renovation, and sale of over 10 investment homes in the last 3 years.

Mike is certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Negotiations Expert, Relocation Specialist, and a licensed Real Estate agent in Ohio.

Mike and his wife Lesa are U.S. Navy veterans and live in Pataskala Ohio.
