Got my start in Cincinnati as an investor through the now insolvent Realnet USA. Bought and rehabbed 7 houses from Realnet in 2006. In April 2007, I took a position as an acquisition and sales associate with Realnet SWO (Cincinnati). Bought and sold over 40 houses my first year with Realnet and was ranked one of the top RN associates (#26) company-wide in 2007 (even though I had only been with the company for 6 months).

In October of 2008 I broke away from Realnet and started my own company, BUILD. In our first year, Build has established itself as the major player in the wholesale real estate market in Cincinnati. Through its affiliated holding companies, Build was the #1 buyer of single family homes in Hamilton County and was also the #1 non-broker seller of investment properties in Hamilton County in 2009.

My goal is to provide a lucrative and stable income opportunity for my associates. We provide our associates with the best training to allow them to reach their personal financial goals. I know that my success is dependent on the success of those around me.

Build's goal is to operate morally and ethically when dealing with current and potential investors and to provide them with the absolute best deals to help them exceed their investment goals.
