I am an independent real estate investor in the Metro Atlanta area. I am interested in find partners to help me continue in the residential investment business and who will also be willing to move forwad into commercial real estate investing.
Experience
I have done a number of residential flips, rehabs and tenant properties. I am wanting to continue doing this and move up eventually to commercial flips and rehabs.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to invest solely into commercial properties and large scale residential properties.
Currently Seeking
I am currently looking for buyers to sell a number of good, solid, cheap residential properties too. I have insight on properties that are completely rehab and some that need repair.
