CNR Solution Enterprises, LLC was formed in 2008 to focus on neighborhood revitalization of distressed real estate. Together with our business partners, we have closed over $10M in real estate transactions over the past 2 years. We have over 25 years of combined real estate experience, and are involved in multiple Real Estate companies in Phoenix. David has been an active real estate investor since 2001, in both Arizona and California. He also has a corporate background in business, which spans over twenty five years of experience with a national distribution company. He has built professional teams in Baltimore, MD; Monterey, CA; and now Phoenix, AZ. With developed skill sets in negotiation, enhancing financial performance, relationship management, and mentoring. For most of his career, he has successfully balanced real estate investing with the demands of a corporate career. He is an is an active member of many real estate investment clubs and programs, most prominently the Arizona Real Estate Investment Association (AZREIA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland. Exercise, golf, swimming, coaching soccer, and travel encompass most of his time away from his professional pursuits. He enjoys these activities with his wife and two children, who reside in Paradise Valley, AZ.
