I am new to Real Estate Investing. In fact I am I the start up stages as we speak. Right now I am just concentrating on getting as much knowledge as I can before I actually start purchasing properties. My goal is to mainly concentrate on apartment buildings at first. Eventually I would like to transition into building spec homes as that is my passion. I have nearly 20 yrs most of my life in Residential construction. Since I am new to this I would welcome any advice that anyone would be willing to give.
