Costa Rica real estate lot and home buyers. Lots start at $25,000 - with easy financing available.

Investors to secure large pieces of land for future subdivision. There are two types of investors I'm looking for:
a) Buy and hold for 5 years
b) Buy and subdivide to several acre lots. Faster (6 months-2 years) but smaller returns expected (30%).
